The book sale will be held in the library meeting room. Customers may enter through the East Street entrance. The American Association of University Women help with this sale and use half the proceeds for their scholarship fund. The library uses the remainder for new items.

Join Evelyn Pentzer, Clerk of Courts for Fayette County and learn all about the history of this magnificent building. A “must see” on the tour are the famous murals by Archibald Willis. Why are there bullet holes in the front door? Learn a little local history and if we are lucky we’ll be able to visit the Court Room and meet either Judge Beatherd or Judge Bender.
